Lab Launch

An education-only review of existing labs to help you understand patterns, gaps, and next steps — without committing to ongoing care.

Lab Launch is a low-commitment, educational starting point for patients who already have lab work and want help understanding what it shows — and what it doesn't.

This service focuses on orientation and clarity, not treatment. It is designed to help you make informed decisions about whether deeper evaluation or a functional program would be useful.

Lab Launch includes:

Lab Launch includes:

  • Review of existing lab work from the past 12–18 months

  • Identification of trends, patterns, and inconsistencies across results

  • Contextual explanation of what labs can and cannot explain about symptoms

  • Identification of missing or incomplete data that may be clinically relevant

  • Education on how findings may relate to:

• hormones
• metabolism
• inflammation
• gut health
• stress physiology

  • A written summary highlighting key observations and considerations for next steps

What Lab Launch Does Not Include

To ensure clarity and appropriate expectations, Lab Launch does not include:

  • Ordering new labs

  • Treatment plans or protocols

  • Prescriptions

  • Supplement recommendations

  • Ongoing follow-up or monitoring

This boundary allows Lab Launch to remain a calm, educational entry point — not a treatment visit.

Lab Launch may be a good fit if:

✓ You already have lab results and feel unsure how to interpret them
✓ You want clarity before committing to deeper care
✓ You feel overwhelmed by conflicting information
✓ You want a thoughtful, low-pressure starting point

Lab Launch may not be the best fit if:

✓ You are seeking immediate treatment or prescriptions
✓ You already know you want structured, ongoing support
✓ You need active symptom management

If you're unsure, a free consult can help determine the right starting point.

After your Lab Launch review, we'll discuss whether the next step makes sense to be:

  • Primary care support

  • Root Cause Review

  • A 3-month functional program (Reset & Rebalance)

  • A 5-month functional program (Restore & Regulate)

There is no pressure to continue beyond Lab Launch. The goal is clarity and informed choice.

Lab Launch — $97

This is a one-time, education-only service.

You don't need to know exactly what you need to get started. A free consult helps determine whether Lab Launch is the right first step for your goals.
