How Pricing Works at Encompass
Clear, transparent, personalized — because your care needs are unique.

Now accepting new patients for insurance-based primary care & functional medicine memberships

Functional medicine is not one-size-fits-all.

Your symptoms, your history, your goals, and the level of support you need determine which program or membership is the best match.
Because of this, we don’t list pricing online.
It’s not about withholding information — it’s about respecting the individuality of your care and ensuring pricing is presented in the right context.

During your free 15-minute consult call, we help you understand:
-
which program fits your current needs
-
what level of support makes the most sense
-
what to expect from the structure, testing, and follow-up
-
what your overall care journey may look like

And only then do we discuss the investment with full clarity.

Why Not List Prices on the Website?
There are three key reasons:
1. Personalized Care Requires Personalized Investment
Some patients need a lighter, targeted 3-month plan.
Others need deeper, multi-system support over five months.
Pricing depends on the level of care recommended for you.
2. We Want You to Understand the Value Before the Number
It matters that you understand:
-
what the program includes
-
the depth of testing
-
the time investment
-
the level of support
-
the outcomes we’re working toward
Before hearing the cost.
3. Trust, Clarity, and Conversation Matter
Discussing the investment during your free consult ensures:
-
you can ask every question
-
we can explain exactly what’s included
-
nothing feels rushed or transactional
-
you feel grounded and informed

This is how we honor your time, your goals, and your care.

-
advanced, in-depth functional medicine evaluation
-
root-cause testing (advanced labs)
-
longer visits and deeper relationships
-

-

Functional medicine is a meaningful investment because it changes the trajectory of your health.

During this brief call, we’ll:
-

-
clarify your goals

-

This ensures you know exactly what you’re getting, why it’s recommended, and how it fits your needs before committing.
HOW INSURANCE FITS INTO YOUR CARE
Encompass functional medicine programs and the Continuity Care Membership are self-pay, because insurance does not cover the depth of testing, time, or personalized support these services require.

However, insurance may be used for:

-
acute primary care visits
-
routine labs (CBC, CMP, TSH, ferritin, etc.)
-
additional covered testing ordered through insurance
-
certain medication management depending on your plan
This hybrid option keeps care grounded in evidence and accessibility.

We will always be transparent about what can and cannot be billed through insurance.

Because accessibility matters, Encompass offers:
-
payment plans
-
monthly or phased options
-
HSA/FSA eligibility (varies by account)
-
limited sliding-scale support for eligible patients

These options can be discussed during your free consult call.
