Encompass Care, Denver CO.

What’s the difference between RESET and REBUILD? RESET is a 3-month targeted program for focused concerns (fatigue, early hormone changes, bloating, mood changes, sleep, early metabolic symptoms). REBUILD is a 5-month comprehensive program for chronic, complex, or multi-system symptoms (thyroid/adrenal issues, chronic gut issues, perimenopause, inflammation, weight resistance, autoimmune patterns, long-standing symptoms). If you’re unsure, we’ll help you decide during your free 15-minute consult. Do programs include labs? Yes. RESET includes one advanced lab. REBUILD includes two advanced labs. Insurance-based labs may also be ordered when appropriate. What types of advanced labs do you use? Depending on symptoms, we may use: GI Effects DUTCH hormone/cortisol mapping Organic Acids Test (OAT) Metabolic/insulin resistance labs Autoimmune or inflammatory markers Nutrient panels Thyroid expansion panels All labs are selected based on your unique presentation. Can I do functional medicine without enrolling in a program? The functional work is structured exclusively through RESET and REBUILD, because the depth, testing, time, and visit structure are essential for doing this work well. Do I have to commit to a program right away? No. You can start with the free 15-minute consult call to learn what’s right for you. What happens after my program ends? Most people join the Continuity Care Membership for integrative + functional support, ongoing primary care needs, and long-term accountability. Are the programs only for women? No — all adults are welcome. We have a strong emphasis on women’s health, but care is fully inclusive and identity-safe.
