Learn about membership →For patients ready to go deeper. Structured self-pay programs using advanced testing and a root cause approach — for fatigue, hormones, gut health, brain fog, and complex or overlapping concerns.
Many patients do both — primary care membership for ongoing care, functional medicine programs for deeper root cause work.
Three steps to personalized, whole-person care.
A complimentary 15-minute conversation to discuss your symptoms, goals, and what you're looking for in care. No commitment required.
Together we'll determine the best fit based on your symptoms, health goals, medical history, and the level of support you're looking for.
Complete your intake and health history. Care is built around your goals, symptoms, lifestyle, and story — not just a diagnosis.
Encompass Care is built for patients who are done being told everything looks fine when it doesn't feel fine. If you're managing multiple concerns and nothing is fully connecting — this is built for you.
Fatigue, brain fog, cycle changes, weight shifts, mood swings — these rarely have a single cause. Most patients who arrive here have tried individual solutions that helped some but didn't hold.
Encompass Care limits patient volume to preserve depth, responsiveness, and thoughtful clinical oversight. You won't be a chart number here.
Board-certified primary care with advanced functional medicine training. Medications when appropriate. Root cause work when the standard workup isn't enough.
Clinical depth, public health perspective, and advanced integrative training across hormones, gut, metabolism, and nervous system regulation.
Most patients come to us with symptoms that haven't fully added up elsewhere. A few of the areas we focus on:
Imbalances affecting energy, mood, cycles, and sleep.
Whole-body hormonal and metabolic support.
Symptom relief and hormone therapy when appropriate.
Looking beyond a single TSH for the full picture.
Bloating, IBS, and digestive issues, investigated at the source.
When you're exhausted and your labs still look "fine."
Trouble with focus, memory, and mental clarity.
Insulin, metabolism, and medically supervised GLP-1.
Support for complex, overlapping immune symptoms.
Staying well — not just treating illness.
Healthspan, prevention, and aging well.
Care designed around women's bodies and lives.
I built Encompass Care because I kept seeing the same thing: women who had been told their labs were normal, who had tried the right things, who weren't imagining their symptoms — but who hadn't had a provider with enough time or breadth to actually connect the dots.
Encompass Care continues to expand to better support patients throughout every stage of health. Women’s health services, well-woman visits, and a Denver office location are coming soon. Through Maia Women’s Health, patients will also have access to a growing network of trusted providers and specialists.
